A new phone based on Android, Google's new cellphone OS was launched on Sep 23 2008.
T-Mobile has launched the G1, its priced at $179


Some of the features are
touch screen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, slide your finger to unlock, icons
on Home screen, over-the-air downloadable App store and music store,
Google Maps, full-screen Web browsing, accelerometer that rotates the
screen when you turn the phone 90 degrees

Apparently some 30 Phone companies have said they'll adopt Android.

Gizmo - Call US for free from anywhere in the world

If you are using a PC connected to the net, having the Gizmo application, you can call any US numbers for free from anywhere in the world as long as you are connected to the net and logged in to the app.
But, first check if the number called for free using this link - http://gizmo5.com/pc/backdoor/

The number displayed on the receivers phone can be used to call back, condition being that you are logged into the app and connected to net.

You can download the app to your mobile and use it the same way.
